The Night Manager star Tom Hiddleston has dished about his intense on-screen chemistry with Diego Calva.
Major spoilers ahead.
Back in January, the critically acclaimed British spy series finally returned, nearly 10 years after its first season.
The new batch of episodes follows Jonathan Pine (Hiddleston), who's now living as Alex Goodwin – "a low-level MI6 officer running a quiet surveillance unit in London – his life is comfortingly uneventful."
The official synopsis reads: "Then one night, a chance sighting of an old Roper mercenary prompts a call to action and leads Pine to a violent encounter with a new player: Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos (Diego Calva). On this perilous new journey, Pine meets Roxana Bolaños (Camila Morrone), a businesswoman who reluctantly helps him infiltrate Teddy's Colombian arms operation.
"Once in Colombia, Pine is plunged deep into a deadly plot involving arms and training of a guerrilla army. As allegiances splinter, Pine races to expose a conspiracy designed to destabilise a nation. And with betrayal at every turn, he must decide whose trust he needs to earn and how far he's willing to go before it's too late."
Since its release, The Night Manager season two has received universal acclaim, with longtime fans and critics praising the new entry for its explosive storylines, shocking twists and cast performances.

However, one aspect of the show that has garnered the attention of the gays, girls, and theys has been the electric chemistry between Jonathan and Teddy. Throughout the season, the two characters share a handful of intense moments, from the pool scene in episode two to their steamy threeway dance with Roxana.
