Jacob Tierney has shared some major details about Heated Rivalry season two.
In a recent interview with The Los Angeles Times, the creator, writer and director reflected on the viral success of the gay hockey romance, including the supportive partnership he formed with Bell Media's Crave.
"There's lots of ways to put your fingers in and get them sticky and screw things up, and these executives wanted the same show that we wanted to make, and they supported us 100%," he told the publication.
As well as discussing Heated Rivalry's successful debut, Tierney shared new details about the show's highly anticipated second season, revealing that it will return in Spring 2027.
"As much as I appreciate how rabid and interested people are at this point, the first season worked because I trusted my gut with this, and I'm going to do that again," he explained.
