"I think it's important to say what we feel and stand up for what we believe in and stand up to injustice."
"I think it's important to say what we feel and stand up for what we believe in and stand up to injustice."
Gus Kenworthy has opened up about the death threats he has received over his ant-ICE post.
Last week, the Olympic athlete took to Instagram to condemn the violent actions of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, with a candid photo featuring the phrase "F**k ICE" written in urine in the snow.
"You can call your Senator at (202) 224-3121 to speak up against ICE and put pressure on them during the current DHS funding negotiations," he wrote in the caption, alongside a sample script of what callers can use.
Since sharing his candid message, Kenworthy has received heaps of support from fans and an array of his industry peers, with the post earning close to 100,000 likes.
However, the response hasn't been all positive. On 8 February, the American Horror Story star returned to Instagram to give further insight into why he wanted to share the powerful message.
